SHARK ATTACK

The scene was Boca Grande Pass where thousands of giant tarpon gather each spring and summer.
The deep water of the pass is home to huge bull and hammerhead sharks that prey on the tarpon.

While fishing with Capt. Robert McCue, angler Paul Tennyson got his camcorder rolling when 4 to 5 big bulls moved in for the kill.

With so many sharks the Tarpon didn't stand a chance and all the anglers and captain could do is watch in amazement as the big fish was ripped to pieces in front of their eyes and lens.

As brutal as it seems, it is the way of nature and the shark lives only through the death of his prey.

The same fate awaits the shark, who one day will become food himself.
