Notes: Pam reports that anglers fishing along the causeway on the south side from Howard park to The beach were catching a few 12 in. to 16 in. flounder over the weekend and late this past week. The flounder were biting small white bait and live shrimp on weighted hooks bounced along the sand patched grassy bottom.

Notes: Pam says, anglers late this past week and through the weekend in the mornings were catching quite a few 12 in. to 14 in. pompano near the pier at north Anclote park at the outfall cannel to Anclote power plant. The pompano were biting Doc's Goofy jigs as well as Silly Wily banana shaped jigs in the yellow and white color and both tipped with small bits on shrimp. Most days the bite was good for a couple of hours.

Notes: Pam says, anglers fishing both bridges at Howard park on the causeway and along the near by shore line on the north side of the park were catching several snook on the incoming tide in all different sizes most over as well as on the out going early morning the spotted trout and redfish were feeding, most were in the slot range.There all biting live shrimp and white bait all free lined.
