Capt. Rick Grassett falls into the category of purist, catering largely to anglers who prefer stalking fish with fly or artificial baits.
He specializes in tarpon, snook, redfish, trout pompano and other sportfish of the shallows. His backyard is Sarasota Bay but he ranges from Tampa Bay south to Charlotte Harbor.
A gentleman angler and thoroughly professional, Capt. Grassett is a disciplined fish hunter who likes nothing better than helping anglers experience the thrill of fooling fish with artificial baits and fly.
