Capt.
Richard Howard's fishing roots go back to the late 1960s. Practically raised on
the water, Capt. Richard has a long history as an inshore and offshore guide.
His home waters extend from Tampa Bay to Tarpon Springs and if it swims shallow
or deep he can find it. The years of experience add up to a second sense for fishing
and his knowledge shows. Anglers fishing with Capt. Richard get a first class
day on the water but they also get an education-but that could be because for
years Capt. Richard ran a successful local fishing school-teaching many an angler
