Capt. Matt Larson has been plying the waters of Tampa Bay since 1986, turning pro in 1999. He runs a 21 Pathfinder powered by Yamaha. Both are sponsors along with Family Boating Center, G-Loomis, Daiwa and Costa Del Mar.
He fishes everywhere from the skinny water in the backcountry to the Gulf beaches. He's got tarpon on the mind during the season and often travels south to run charters in Boca Grande. Artificials and live baits are used based on the situation and the angler's desire. He also runs flyfishing charters.
