Capt. Doug Fisher, owner of Southpaw Charters, is an inshore specialist whose biggest asset may be an unwavering enthusiasm for fishing. His home waters are Tampa Bay north to Tarpon Springs and he's spent several years developing the techniques and fish-finding skills he uses daily to put his clients where the action is. Snook, trout and redfish are primary targets but in season he is a tarpon hunter in the bay and on the beaches.
