Capt. Jim Lemke is a 17 year veteran of Tampa Bay waters and also fishes Boca Grande for Tarpon during the season there. His specialties are snook and tarpon and he fishes them from one of two boats – a custom rigger flats and tower boat to cover all types of fishing.
Adventure and a good fish fight is what it's all about for Capt. Jim. One of his favorite tarpon techniques is night bridge fishing, putting 100-pound fish into the air with just 6 or 8 feet of line out on the rod. But he's just as happy skimming along a shallow, mangrove shoreline sight fishing for big snook. Whether you are trophy hunting or just looking for a relaxing day on the water, Capt. Jim's goal is to make it happen.
